Wondering what in the world you are going to do with all that leftover Easter chocolate!? Well just crush that little bunny up and whip him into a pie! Here is an easy and quick recipe that will empty that Easter basket out and put a smile on someone's face!
Ingredients:
Leftover chocolate candy- about 22 small pieces like mini snickers or 4 large candybars
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. whipped topping
1 graham cracker pie crust
Crush the candybars/chocolate in either a food processor or in a ziplock bag & set aside. Fluff the package of room temperature cream cheese with a hand mixer. Fold in a container of whipped topping. Fold the chocolate pieces into the mixture and pour it into the pie crust. (Save about a handfull to sprinkle over the top of the pie.) Chill for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with a smile.
